1. Account Registration: a. Users are granted an account to access the Demo Sales Portal, powered by Starshot. b. Usernames and passwords must be kept confidential.
2. Email Campaigns: a. Users may choose from a variety of pre-designed email campaigns. b. Users are responsible for selecting and customizing campaigns to suit their needs.
3. SMS Customer Interaction Notifications:
   a. Users will be notified via SMS message when their customers interact with their campaigns more than three times.
   b. Notifications will include details of the customer’s interaction.
4. SMS Opt-In:
   a. Users must opt-in to receive SMS notifications for customer interactions.
   b. By participating in the program, you expressly consent to receive campaign activity update text messages from Starshot, at the mobile telephone number that you provide. You may opt out of these communications at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any sales or campaign orders.
   C. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number that you enroll. You are responsible for notifying Demo Sales Portal program, powered by Starshot, immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify Demo Sales Portal program, powered by Starshot, of a number change by contacting support
5. Mobile Network:
   a. It is your responsibility to determine if your mobile carrier supports SMS and if your mobile device can receive SMS. Your receipt of the program’s text messages is subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with your mobile carrier.
   B. Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of Demo Sales Portal program, powered by Starshot, control, and Demo Sales Portal program, powered by Starshot, is not responsible or liable for issues arising from such network services (e.g., delayed or undelivered messages or the security of any messages). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to indemnify Starshot in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify us if you change your telephone number including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
6. SMS Message Frequency: The number of text messages that you receive via the Demo Sales Portal, powered by Starshot will vary depending on prospect interaction level, and frequency of prospect engagement in the program’s marketing content.
7. Cost: Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Demo Sales Portal, powered by Starshot, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Contact your mobile service provider for details. Demo Sales Portal, powered by Starshot, does not impose a separate fee for sending text messages; however, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier of any kind whatsoever.
8. Usage Guidelines: a. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. b. Users are solely responsible for the content and legality of the campaigns they choose. c. Users may not engage in any form of spamming, harassment, or unethical advertising practices.
9. Data Privacy: a. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information you provide for providing this service. b. Users must ensure that they have obtained the necessary consent to use customer details included in uploaded lists. c. We will not use the information you provide for any purpose other than delivering this service, unless required by law. The information you provide here will be used exclusively for the purposes of delivering the services described above. Your data will only be used to provide services you have agreed to and will not be shared with any third parties except those contracted by Starshot for the express purposes of delivering said services.

Your privacy is important to us.  The Demo Sales Portal, powered by Starshot, will not share,  sell, or disclose your personal information – including your mobile phone number – with any third parties for their promotional purposes.

1. Intellectual Property:
   a. Users retain ownership of their own campaigns and content.
   b. Users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute their campaigns solely for the purpose of providing the service.
   c. Pre-set email design and templates created for the Demo Sales Portal, powered by Starshot, remain the property of Starshot.
2. Termination:
   a. Either the User or we may terminate the service at any time, with or without cause.
   b. Upon termination, User’s access to the service will be immediately revoked.
3. Limitation of Liability: a. We strive to provide a reliable service, but we make no guarantees of its uninterrupted availability. b. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
4. Modifications: a. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. b. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the service.
